Refunds

Banquet provides a variety of services. Currently Printstack can be paid for online. Banquet Bespoke is paid for by invoice. The other services are currently free.

Payments for Printstack are handled by Stripe.

For Printstack when you can request a refund depends on the circumstances.

• Before a draft: you can get a refund under any circumstances.
• After a digital draft: a full refund if the quality of the draft is not up to the expected standard, a partial refund if you just change your mind.
• After a print copy: a full refund in the case of printing errors.
